The prices listed on the GuitarParts website are the prices you will be charged in New Zealand Dollars.
We accept Credit or Debit card (Visa and Mastercard). Realtone Music reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances.
Our pricing is constantly reviewed so that we may offer the most up to date prices available, however prices can change daily from suppliers. The price listed at the time you place the order is the price you will be charged (errors excepted).
We charge a standard NZ $6.90 freight charge on all NZ orders. EMS Shipping is NZ $15.90.
If your order consists of several items which cannot be shipped at the same time, the applicable freight charge will apply to each item.
All orders on 'in stock' items typically delivered within 2 to 7 working days for NZ orders depending on selected shipping method. These delivery timeframes only apply to items which are currently in stock. If an item is not in stock, we will advise you of an expected delivery date, at which time you may cancel the order without penalty.
How do I buy online from GuitarParts
There are two ways to buy from us. The simplest way is to just select the items you wish to purchase, go to checkout, click register and check out. On the Home page click Register/Login and fill out the form, then click submit. You can also view your order history once you have logged in.
When do we process credit card payments?
At the time of the goods being ordered.
Refunds and Credits
All returns and refunds must be within 7 days. Any returns must be pre authorised by Realtone Music Ltd. An unopened item can be returned for credit/refund if it is returned within 7 days of delivery, and the packaging is undamaged and in good condition. There are no returns on Pickguards once the packaging is opened. Any items that have been installed, used and/or damaged in any way are not eligible for return or refund. Refunds/credits can not be given on damaged products or packaging. Customers will be responsible for the applicable courier charges on returned items.
